WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

We do our best to have orders shipped out within 3-6 business days.  We don't work weekends so we can spend time with our family.  Turnaround time will be longer during holidays due to high order volume. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.  Please be sure to triple check your personalization before submitting your order. 

If there is a defect or we made a mistake, we will gladly make you a new one. We stand behind our work and aim to create the highest quality products.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER I SUBMIT IT?

No. We receive a high volume of orders, and we have a very quick turnaround time, so we are not able to make changes once an order is placed.

CUSTOM WORK

CAN YOU ENGRAVE MY LOGO?

Yes, we ask that all logos be sent in black and white and in either PDF, PNG or JPG format.  We can not accept full color logos. Please convert to black and white before sending. 

WHOLESALE ORDERS/CORPORATE ORDERS

DO YOU ACCEPT WHOLESALE ORDERS?

Yes we do, you can order through our Faire store or contact us to order directly. 

DO YOU ACCEPT LARGE CORPORATE ORDERS?

Yes we do, we work with many large companies for corporate gifting. Please contact us for pricing and bulk order quantities.
